No November Homeowner’s Meeting
There is no Homeowner’s meeting in November. The next meeting will be December 17th at 7 pm.
September Minutes
The minutes for the September meeting are now available online. Meeting Minutes 9.17.13 The October meeting was Tuesday, October 15. Agenda10.15.13 Some of the items discussed during the October Homeowner’s Meeting included: the reduction of landscaping costs, a proposal of a bocce court at Galaxy Park and a proposal for a dessert social at the annual meeting (which is in January). We’ll get the October minutes posted when they are available.
News Brief – September 19, 2013
NEWS BRIEF – SEPTEMBER 19 2013 The recent Starwood Homeowner’s meeting was a success. We met many new homeowners and discussed several Starwood initiatives. The minutes are not ready to be posted, but below you’ll find a few newsworthy items. Septic Station on Solstice Gets Attention Solstice Drive homeowners will notice some activity happening at east end of the street. Starwood Trail walkers will see it too. The project is to reroute power from the end of Solstice Drive to an overhead line coming from the East property boundary. The Starwood Sanitary District has asked Pacific Power to reroute power to the septic station located at the end of Solstice Drive. The new line will come from the 1st pole North of the rock outcrop to a pole to be installed approximately 50 feet inside of the property line. Announcement – Your Help Requested
ANNOUNCEMENT If anyone knows the name Meisel, please contact the Starwood board by emailing communication@starwoodassociation.org. A box, with the name Meisel written across the top, was left on a Starwood homeowner’s porch. However, no note was left and the homeowner is not Meisel. Presumably, the leaver of the box thought they’d dropped it at the proper address, but this is not so. The homeowner would like the actual owner to get the box. If you know anything about the box or the Meisel’s, please contact us at communication@starwoodassociation.org immediately. Thank you for your help.

WANTED: Newsletter Editor
The Board of Directors and Starwood Homeowners Association seeks a newsletter editor. Here’s what we need: a quarterly newsletter, a minimum of one page in length, to be mailed to the homeowners a monthly newsletter to be emailed and posted to this website monthly, except when the quarterly newsletter is published Requirements for this position: a current Starwood homeowner good writing skills excellent skills with Word (or like) program attendance at the monthly Starwood Association homeowner’s meetings comfortable with email and sending the newsletter via email to the homeowners This is a Volunteer Position.
