Easter Egg Hunt – April 19th
Starwood Easter Egg Hunt When: Saturday, April 19th at 10 am Where: Galaxy Park Each child participating should bring 12 eggs. Please drop off the filled eggs at Alisa Jeffries’ house at 20762 Lyra Drive by 9 am so they can be hidden at the park before the kids show up. 1st Annual Starwood 5K Fun Run/Walk
The Starwood Parks and Recreation Committee presents the 1st Annual Starwood 5K Fun Run/Walk and kids 1/2 mile run this Saturday, March 22nd. The kids run is at 9 am and the 5K begins at 9:15. Start and Finish is at Galaxy Park. Refreshments and water provided at the finish. Contact Alisa Jeffries for more information.
Garage Sale Volunteer Needed
Starwood is looking for a homeowner to organize the community garage sale this summer. This would include putting advertisements in various locations such as Craig’s List and the Bulletin, collecting money from other homeowners participating in the sale if there are costs for the advertising and putting up/taking down signs around the area on the day of the sale. If you’re interested in taking on this task, please contact the Starwood Board.

January Homeowners’ Meeting – Annual Meeting
Every January, Starwood homeowners gather for the Annual Meeting at the Holiday Inn. This is a great time to meet your neighbors, renew acquaintances and learn about Starwood. The meeting will take place Tuesday, January 21 at the Holiday Inn at 20615 Grandview Drive, Bend. There is a social time from 6:30 to 7:00 PM. DIRECTIONS There is one director term up for election at this meeting. K.C. Short is the nominee. Nominations may also be taken from the floor at the meeting. All members (homeowners) have the right to cast votes in person or by proxy. You *should* have received a letter in the mail about this important annual meeting.
